These terms and conditions apply to the sale of all goods online between Dead by Mono Records and any visitors to the website www.deadbymonorecords.com

The price, postage rates and description of the goods are displayed on our website.
This information can be changed without prior notice.

Postage rates must be added to all mail orders. We will not dispatch orders without postage. |

Mail orders can be sent by fax, e-mail or by the post. |

If orders are submitted incorrectly, or there are errors in the information or payment supplied, buyers will be notified as soon as possible. |

Goods can only be ordered using a payment method specified on our website. |

All goods are subject to availability. |

Orders using Paypal payment method will be dispatched when payment status is complete.
2 - 3 working days (UK); 3 - 5 working days (Europe) and 5 - 7 working days (Rest of the World). |

Mail orders will be dispatched after funds clearing. Fax or e-mail us for detailed information. |

The goods ordered will be delivered to the address given by the buyer. |

Postage Insurance is optional (see Postage Rates), however all uninsured items are shipped at the buyers own risk. |

Mail orders can be cancelled within 2 working days (from postage date).

The cancellation of orders made through Paypal, will incur a 5% service charges. |

All care is taken to ensure items are in good condition at the time of shipping.
Refunds are only offered in extenuating circumstances. |
