Frontman Buddy Lee Roth has quite some hobbies. He collects vintage equipment, tries to wrestle Mexican style, likes to watch porn and he leads the Tijuana Bibles. Oh yeah, and he combines all these things up to a fine blend. It is like horrorporn. Musically The Tijunana Bibles know how to handle their evil surf music. Link Wray, The Demolition Doll Rods and the Shangri La·s have been put together in a hardball way by the kings of smut and underground independent film. Expect pure rock as in razorsharp surf music and violent punk. The Tijuana Bibles do know American history. And that is not bad for a bunch of Canadians.
